Role and Responsibilities

Are you a driven sales professional who loves to pioneer and has a passion for creating and executing successful sales strategies? At Docfield, as a Strategic Account Executive, you get the opportunity to showcase your innovative approach!

You are a pioneer in sales and thrive in the complete sales cycle. From lead generation to deal closure, you take ownership. With determination and perseverance, you build a sales funnel, generating and validating leads, conducting discovery conversations, giving demos, and guiding prospects through the deal-closing phase and beyond.

You have a keen eye for use cases and can identify them within both the existing IT service sector and new market segments. With a strategic mindset, you will work on business and sales development across various sectors.

You expand our customer network by building relationships with C-level executives. You are results-oriented and willing to do what it takes to achieve your goals, from cold calling to organizing sales events. You love a challenge and aren't afraid to start with an empty sales funnel; in fact, you see this as an opportunity to shape your own approach and showcase what you can do!

Together, we work on taking Docfield to the next level of growth, in a team of passionate professionals, primarily liaising with the CEO to whom you report and the product team.

Your Profile, Skills & Experience 🚀

  • Entrepreneurship is in your DNA.

  • BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful proven experience in sales of complex SAAS products to C-level in SMB and/or enterprise organizations.

  • Experience with deal sizes of 10K-100K.

  • Strong knowledge of SMB/enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, and contract negotiation.

  • You can present yourself like no other in the initial contact, communicate, and present clearly and effectively with C-level executives.

  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer challenges and provide solution-oriented responses.

  • Motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Experienced in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.

  • You speak and write fluent Dutch.
