Founding Growth Marketing Manager
Traditionally managed contracts are outdated and inefficient in today’s fast-paced business world. However, outdated file formats and workflows are still used across organisations. A way overdue change! Docfield is a startup going scale-up on a mission to change behaviour and enable the world to transition to template based document creation.
As our first Growth Marketing Manager, you will pave the road to growth, traction and long-term customer engagement. We strongly believe in creativity blended with technology backed by data and A/B testing. You play a pivotal role in setting a creative and experimental Growth Strategy that allows us to stand out and thrive in the contract management space.

Imagine yourself after one year at Docfield. We're about to raise our Series A. Thanks to your Marketing efforts, we now have a well known brand with a ton of happy customers. Our sales machine is humming, and the pipeline is full of qualified marketing leads. Moreover, we’ve a strong marketing base. We are ready to scale!
👉 You’ll do great if you have
An academic education combined with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience at a digital agency or start-up;
Proficiency in Growth Marketing methodologies, implementation, execution and success;
Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing marketing content for all stages of the customer journey;
Channel experience: Google Ads/Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, Website;
B2C/B2B2C EdTech experience with platforms tailored to schools;
Familiar with common growth marketing metrics for B2B;
Curious enough to follow market trends and experiment with marketing strategies.
Dutch and English language skills
