About the job

As Growth Marketeer at Docfield you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms and you'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll be in charge of a creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of clients. You'll work together with our online marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Docfield can enter the next stage of growth.

If you do well, you'll have the opportunity to form build your own marketing team and create our marketing strategy for the future to come!

About you

• You speak and write in Dutch fluently;

• You have excellent writing & communication skills;

• You're able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;

• You have expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing marketing content for all stages of the customer journey;

• You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert;

• You have extensive channel experience: Google Ads/Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, website;

• You can optimize landing pages and user funnels, based on data and web analytics;

• You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends;

• You're proficient in Growth Marketing methodologies, implementation, execution and success;

• You're familiar with common growth marketing metrics for B2B;

• You're ready to take ownership of lead generation.
