What? [You'll be doing] 👀

As Customer success intern, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the commercial team across the full spectrum of their activities, including supporting user trainings, developing the knowledge base, providing user support, user data analytics and nurturing relationships. The role will allow you to learn from an accomplished commercial team, while also learning by doing and through active mentorship from the team. 

Key responsibilities 🧩

We are looking for an intern who will take on the Customer success position and is available five days a week for a period of 4-6 months. Key deliverables will be:

  • Optimizing our customer journey

  • Supporting and providing user trainings

  • Developing the knowledge base

  • Analyzing user data and trends

  • Providing user support

  • Nurturing client relationships & leading check-in meetings

  • Building and implementing a new customer success framework

  • General support to the commercial team

Required Qualifications? 🚀 

  • You have or are studying in a University or HBO bachelor's degree

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders

  • You have superior analytical skills - you are comfortable doing all kind of analysis

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client challenges and align knowledge base materials accordingly.

  • You are self-motivated and proactive. You don't wait for instruction but hit the ground running exactly the way you think you should

  • You have a big appetite to learn and improve your skills

  • You live in the Netherlands

  • You are fluent in Dutch and can speak and write professional English
