Better documents in less time
As Customer success intern, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the commercial team across the full spectrum of their activities, including supporting user trainings, developing the knowledge base, providing user support, user data analytics and nurturing relationships. The role will allow you to learn from an accomplished commercial team, while also learning by doing and through active mentorship from the team.
We are looking for an intern who will take on the Customer success position and is available five days a week for a period of 4-6 months. Key deliverables will be:
