Docfield is at a turning point. We have strong early traction, a clear target audience, and a product that truly resonates within higher education. Now we're looking for someone who wants to help build the next phase of growth.
You'll own real work from day one. We're looking for someone who gets energy from variety: from helping shape our marketing materials and campaigns to reaching out to potential customers and improving how we tell our story. And because we're a small team, you'll learn how a growing SaaS company works from the ground up — working directly with the founders, not buried three layers down.
You'll get involved across the board: creating content and materials, finding and reaching new audiences, talking to interested prospects, and helping turn that interest into real opportunities for the team.
What you'll do:
Set up outbound campaigns within our core markets
Open new conversations via calling and email
Write outreach that actually gets read
Analyze results, share learnings, and continuously improve
Experiment with new ideas to grow our reach
About you
Currently pursuing or recently completed a university (WO) degree or equivalent
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
No experience needed, cold calling experience is a plus
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
Motivated, driven, and eager to learn
You can work from our office in Amsterdam
Practical:
Duration: 4–6 months, with the option to move into a role afterwards
Hours: full-time preferred, but we can flex around your thesis or final courses
Start date: flexible
